1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
For remote or non-serviceable locations, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option (if available).
3. Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on your pin code and courier availability).
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rural/Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.
Please note: Natural events, courier delays, or public holidays may affect delivery timelines.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (subject to ongoing offers).
A small shipping charge may apply to orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make payment.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website or through the “Track My Order” option on our website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select locations within India.
A nominal COD handling charge may apply.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to restriction of this payment option for future purchases.
7. Delays in Delivery
While we partner with reliable logistics providers, certain situations may cause delays, including:
Natural calamities, weather disruptions, or lockdowns
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Courier service delays beyond our control
In such cases, we request your patience and understanding — we’ll work closely with our courier partners to ensure delivery as soon as possible.
8. Non-Delivery or Wrong Address
If an order is returned due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Recipient unavailable at the delivery location
Refusal to accept the package
The shipping cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Please double-check your address details before confirming your order.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or missing any items:
Report it to info@catechuhealthcare.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos of the package and items received.
We will promptly investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
