At Catechu Health Care, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Every product is made with care and tested for quality before dispatch. However, we understand that issues may arise in rare cases. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation by Catechu Health Care

Catechu Health Care reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order under certain circumstances, such as:

  • Product listed at an incorrect price or technical error on the website

  • Unavailability of the ordered product

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or invalid payment

  • Any unforeseen operational issue

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a 100% refund within 5–7 working days, and you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them if the item has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your Ayurvedic products safely. However, replacement or refund will be accepted only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item has been delivered

  • The product has manufacturing issues

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@catechuhealthcare.com, mentioning your Order Number, Reason for Return, and Supporting Photos (if applicable).

Please note:

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

  • No replacement or refund will be accepted after the 5-day period.

  • Products opened or used partially will not be eligible for a return.

If the product is unavailable for replacement, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product, depending on your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness items, certain products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened or used supplements, oils, or powders

  • Personalized medicines or custom treatment kits

  • Free samples, combo packs, or trial kits


5. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment mode.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

  • Delivery and service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Non-Delivery or Wrong Address

If a non-delivery or delay occurs due to incorrect or incomplete details (wrong address, recipient unavailable, etc.), any extra cost incurred for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Use the product for at least 3 continuous months as per the prescribed dosage and schedule (without breaks).

  2. Follow the recommended diet plan and lifestyle instructions provided by our experts.

  3. Submit your refund request with your Order Number and supporting proof (if required) within 90 days of delivery of your first order.
